Site Prep & Factory Build

This is where the magic happens. While our expert local crews are on your property handling excavation, utility hookups, and pouring a perfect foundation, your home is already being built. In a climate-controlled facility, our partners construct your home's modules with precision, safe from weather delays.

Set Day & Final Finish

This is the most exciting day. Your completed modules are delivered to your prepped site. In about a single day, we use a crane to lift and "set" each module onto the foundation, securing them into a single, incredibly strong structure. Our team then gets to work on the final finishing touches to make it 100% move-in ready.
